Please write the jersey number, sport, name you want listed (if you prefer the athlete's first or last name), year ('22), and school, college or club name (+ how you want the school or club to be written - Elmwood, EHS, etc.).
Celebrate your veteran athlete with our custom sport numbered plaque. The figure consists of two layers of wood. The top layer is laser cut and engraved with your senior's name (first or last name), school initials, graduation year, and athletic icons. The ground floor is stained wood. All figures come with a clear acrylic stand for display.
